Refund and Returns Policy

🗹 For accessories, the advance amount is totally not refundable.

🗹 Only in the case of unavailability of the product or Out Of Stock status, We will refund the full amount.

🗹 If the customer informs us before shipping the product then he will be able to change product but he will not be able to take money back facility.

🗹 If we ship the product and after that the customer wants to cancel the product, we will not give any refund and also customer will not be able to change to another product.

🗹 If anyhow the customer receives the product and wants to change into another product (Before opening) we will change the product for him if he brings the product to us within 72 hours.

🗹 Please Notice, from the date of your order, You must make the request for refund within 3 working days. No request will be accepted after the mentioned period.

Procedure of Device Refund

🗹 Outside Dhaka : If the customer informs us to cancel the order after shipping and he will not get any refund facility and he’ll be able to take any other product with his balance amount.

🗹 Inside Dhaka : If the customer cancels the order after shipping the product and he’ll be able to take any other product with his balance amount.

🗹 If the customer wants to cancel the order before shipping , then he will be able to take any other product by the advance amount but he will not be able to take refund.

Procedure of Device Refund (Cash on Delivery)

🗹 Outside Dhaka : If the customer informs us to cancel the order after shipping , then BDT. 1000 will be taken as penalty and he will not get any refund facility and he’ll be able to take any other product with his balance amount.

🗹 Inside Dhaka : If the customer cancels the order after shipping the product, then BDT. 500 will be deducted from his advance amount as penalty and he’ll be able to take any other product with his balance amount.

🗹 If the customer wants to cancel the order before shipping, then he will be able to take any other product by the advance amount but he will not be able to take refund.

🗹 Only in the case of unavailability of the product or Out Of Stock status, We will refund the full amount.

Refund process for online gateway payment

🗹 If the Customer wants instant refund (within 24 hours) after completing the payment through Online Channel (Bkash, Nogod, Rocket & Bank etc.). He/She will only get the product price as refund by same channel (NB: 2.5% charge will be deducted in case of Bkash refund). Phonex will not take any liability of online gateway / EMI charge.

🗹 এক্সেসরিস এর ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণভাবে অফেরত যোগ্য ।

🗹 যদি অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট এভেইলেবল না থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।

🗹 যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পুর্বে কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার কাঙ্ক্ষিত প্রোডাক্ট আমাদের স্টক এ থাকলে পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন তবে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড নিতে পারবেন না।

🗹 প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না ।

🗹 অর্ডার করার ৭২ ঘণ্টা এর মধ্যে রিফান্ড এর জন্য অবেদন করতে হবে। ৭২ ঘন্টা অতিক্রম হওয়ার পর কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড এর আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

🗹 যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পুর্বে কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার কাঙ্ক্ষিত প্রোডাক্ট আমাদের স্টক এ থাকলে পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন তবে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড নিতে পারবেন না।

🗹 প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না ।

🗹 অর্ডার করার ৭২ ঘণ্টা এর মধ্যে রিফান্ড এর জন্য অবেদন করতে হবে। ৭২ ঘন্টা অতিক্রম হওয়ার পর কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড এর আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

ডিভাইস (ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি)

🗹 ঢাকা এর বাহিরে – যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার করা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট থেকে ১০০০ টাকা কুরিয়ার বাবদ কর্তন করা হবে এবং অবশিষ্ট টাকা থেকে তিনি অন্য কোনো প্রোডাক্ট নিতে পারবেন।

🗹 যদি অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট এভেইলেবল না থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।

🗹 ঢাকা এর ভিতর – যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার করা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট থেকে ৫০০ টাকা কুরিয়ার বাবদ কর্তন করা হবে এবং অবশিষ্ট টাকা থেকে তিনি অন্য কোনো প্রোডাক্ট নিতে পারবেন।

🗹 যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পুর্বে কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার কাঙ্ক্ষিত প্রোডাক্ট আমাদের স্টক এ থাকলে পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন তবে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড নিতে পারবেন না।

🗹 প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না ।

🗹 অর্ডার করার ৭২ ঘণ্টা এর মধ্যে রিফান্ড এর জন্য অবেদন করতে হবে। ৭২ ঘন্টা অতিক্রম হওয়ার পর কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড এর আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

অনলাইন গেটওয়ে পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে

🗹 কাস্টমার যদি Online চ্যানেল (Bkash, Nogod, Rocket & Bank etc.) এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ করার পর তাৎক্ষণিক ফেরত (24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে) চান। তিনি শুধুমাত্র একই চ্যানেলে পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরত হিসেবে পাবেন (NB: বিকাশ ফেরতের ক্ষেত্রে 2.5% বিকাশ চার্জ কাটা হবে)। ফোনেক্স অনলাইন গেটওয়ে/ইএমআই চার্জের কোনো দায় নেবে না
